Citibank looked to Sapient to create a future online banking experience that is not only a place for a customer to see their account balances, but a hub to manage all aspects of their financial life with insights about their spend. I created all the workflows, wireframes, functional specs and worked closely with a visual designer and a Flash developer to create an interactive prototype that was shared with Citibank executives.
